About the Role

Microsoft is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solutions Sales professional to join our Modern Work Team as a Modern Work Specialist. This is a 10-month fixed-term contract opportunity to help our customers achieve their mission of inspiring people, innovating for growth, and empowering organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive complex deals and influence new opportunities by engaging with key decision makers, understanding customer priorities, and articulating the value proposition of Microsoft 365, including Copilot.
  • Partner with various stakeholders across financial services to guide customers in transforming their employee experience with Modern Work solutions.
  • Accelerate opportunities with creative strategies and storytelling that address customer challenges, leveraging core team stakeholders and Partners.
  • Lead the planning and execution of Modern Work opportunities, collaborating with internal stakeholders and partners for cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Deliver excellence in territory planning, business analysis, and forecasting.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of proven track record of excellence in Solutions Sales for a cloud services or SaaS-based company or similar technology.
