We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Telecom Network Support. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to handle customer interactions with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and troubleshoot issues within the Telecom network architecture FTTx & HFC.
  • Perform triage and allocate cases to specialized teams based on business rules.
  • Collaborate with team leads to ensure updates are communicated and actioned across frontline teams.
  • Develop end-to-end allocation reports with visual representations of work assigned and completed.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in the Telecom domain.
  • Excellent understanding of MS Excel for reporting and analysis.
  • Prior experience handling large data sets for reporting purposes.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
