We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive significant change across complex infrastructure and cybersecurity projects and programs.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading and mentoring teams of experienced change managers, leveraging best practice change management standards, frameworks, and methodologies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing bespoke change management strategies, plans, tools, and technologies to support large-scale transformation initiatives
- Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, to secure buy-in and commitment
- Providing thought leadership and direction to empower a team of change managers to build a culture of innovation and lasting transformation
To be considered, you must have advanced experience in developing and implementing change management practices, certifications in Prosci and Prince 2, and strong knowledge of change management frameworks, including ADKAR.
