Operations Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of Drivers/Technicians runs, delivering medical gases to doctors, dentists and residential aged care facilities, and setting up and maintaining medical equipment.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the daily activities of Drivers/Technicians to ensure efficient delivery of medical equipment and gases.
  • Deliver medical gases and equipment to clients in a timely manner.
  • Set up and maintain medical equipment, educating patients on its usage.
  • Contribute to safe work and driving practices.
  • Order and manage stock levels.
  • Provide after-hours support.
  • Support staff with relevant training and development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in logistics, freight, scheduling or coordination.
  • Able to operate vehicles safely and lift equipment weighing up to 25kg.
  • Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination.
  • Knowledge of the local area.
  • Strong focus on safety and compliance.
  • Effective communication skills.
