About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Audio & Communications Engineer to join our team at NEP Group Inc. in Sydney, Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the technical quality control and management of communications systems on Hub productions, including setup, operational condition, calibration, and signal standards of Outside Broadcast or Studio production and other associated equipment.
  • Establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
  • Provide technical assistance for mobile fleet communications and audio systems integration to the Hubs.
  • Collaborate effectively with Melbourne and Sydney Hub teams.
Requirements
  • Solid knowledge of Riedel and RTS communications systems (or similar) is a necessary requirement.
  • Basic knowledge of audio consoles, particularly LAWO and Calrec.
  • Operational experience and a good understanding of these devices at an Engineering level.
  • Minimum 3 years of television broadcasting experience is preferred.
