Gift Card Production Lead

As a Product Implementation Specialist, you will oversee the end-to-end gift card implementation process and report to the Product Implementation Manager.
This includes managing the card onboarding process for physical, digital, and incentive products that will be activated through the Blackhawk network.
Responsibilities include managing the gift card implementation process from start to finish, leading the card production process, and navigating external partners to ensure high standards are maintained.
You will also hold project kick-off calls, artwork proofing, testing, and delivery of product to warehouse, ensuring product compliance across several unique accounts.
Additional responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service with internal teams and vendors, working closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and IT teams, and troubleshooting process-related challenges.
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills with the ability to work at all levels of an organization, excellent interpersonal skills, time management, and multi-tasking abilities. Ability to think strategically and provide input into management streams.
Previous experience in product management, ideally within the gift card/payment solution environment is highly regarded. Ability to understand and manage technical details of Card production and prioritize and manage numerous projects on tight deadlines with limited direction is required.
