Card Product Innovation Lead

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
- Strong product knowledge is required, especially in banking products (5 years of experience).
- Ability to think analytically and make informed decisions using data and insights.
- Strong delivery experience, including managing cross-functional squads and navigating regulatory initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
