We are seeking an experienced scaffolder to join our team on a full-time basis in Perth.

About the Role

The primary objective of this role is to deliver high-quality scaffolding services while ensuring a safe working environment for all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Erecting, dismantling, and altering tube & fitting scaffolds
  • Working out the required materials for each job
  • Discussing and collaborating with supervisors to achieve daily goals
  • Maintaining accurate records/documentation associated with each project
  • Discussing job requirements with clients
  • Reviewing and implementing Safety, Quality, and Environmental procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid visa to work in Australia
  • Relevant qualifications and completion of an appropriate apprenticeship
  • Skills in configuring, erecting, and dismantling scaffolding
  • Minimum 2 years of scaffolding experience
  • Scaffold Basic Ticket + Working & Height + Confined Space
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and regulations
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • Base Salary: $120,000
  • Casual/Normal Time: $44.80
  • Casual/Time and half rate: $53.05
  • Casual/Double time rate: $66.80
  • Monday - Friday 10 Hour Days: $46.45
  • 10.5% Superannuation
