Job Title:

Brand and Innovation Manager

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for driving brand performance, leading innovation projects, and supporting strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in FMCG brand management and excellent project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support annual brand audits and contribute to brand and category planning
  • Lead assigned NPD projects from concept through to launch
  • Manage Always-On digital marketing across ANZ
  • Develop trade marketing materials and execute retailer-specific activations
  • Plan and deliver sampling strategies across multiple channels
  • Track and report on Always On campaign performance and consumer engagement
  • Conduct and support consumer research to inform brand decisions
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to align execution
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a Brand Manager role within the FMCG industry
  • Strong knowledge of the 6Ps of marketing and media channel strategies
  • Proven project management and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Strategic thinking and a hands-on, collaborative approach
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
