Innovative Product Development Lead

The successful candidate will have experience in product or industrial engineering with a strong technical foundation across plastic design, engineering, and production (recycled or sustainable materials).
Additionally, they will possess knowledge of the movement of goods through a complex supply chain model, as well as the ability to solve complex engineering challenges with a practical and functional lens.
An ideal candidate will also have exposure to the FMCG/packaging industry or related fields, proficiency in engaging and influencing diverse stakeholders, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Key Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Experience in product or industrial engineering with a strong technical foundation across plastic design, engineering and production (recycled or sustainable materials)
- Exposure to the FMCG/packaging industry or related would be highly advantageous
- Some knowledge of the movement of goods through a complex supply chain model would be advantage
- The ability to solve complex engineering challenges with a practical and functional lens
- Proficiency in engaging, influencing, and building relationships with diverse stakeholders across different levels and cultures
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- A natural self-starter who can drive customer initiatives and deliver change-and-engage activities
