We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Specialist to build, maintain and nurture relationships with our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Respond promptly to incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
  2. Process client orders efficiently and effectively.
  3. Collaborate with dispatch and sales teams to ensure timely product deliveries meet customer satisfaction expectations.
  4. Manage sales inquiries and resolve customer issues professionally and promptly.
  5. Forward requests such as proof of delivery documents (PODs) to customers.
  6. Follow up on cash-on-delivery payments.
  7. Reconcile PODs with monthly statements and maintain accurate filing systems.
  8. Provide administrative support to sales representatives and the general manager.
  9. Welcoming guests and offering refreshments.
  10. Pick up mail and distribute it accordingly.
  11. Order office stationery regularly.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
