Aboriginal Health Service Provider

As a Health Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering culturally appropriate and comprehensive primary health care services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Client screening, assessment, observation, education, and follow-up
- Health promotion and community engagement
- Administrative duties
To excel in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:
- Well-developed verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of the unique issues affecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in the region
- Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to understanding customer needs
- Ability to work as an effective team member and make strong contributions towards organizational and team objectives
This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. A Certificate III or IV in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care, and/or registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Health Practitioner are required for this position.
Experience using Communicare or similar patient information system is also desirable.
