About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Lead Digital Product Manager, shaping and executing our MarTech product roadmap to enhance customer experiences and drive business success.

You will oversee the integration, configuration, and optimization of MarTech platforms, ensuring they effectively support personalized messaging, real-time engagement, and analytics capabilities. Your expertise will be critical in building a seamless, data-driven customer journey across multiple channels and enhancing personalized, real-time engagement.

  • Define, lead, and execute the MarTech product roadmap, focusing on MoEngage, Tealium, and other related platforms to drive scalable customer engagement solutions.
  • Oversee the integration, configuration, and optimization of MarTech platforms, ensuring they effectively support personalized messaging, real-time engagement, and analytics capabilities.
  • Leverage Tealium or MoEngage to collect, manage, and activate customer data across platforms, enabling better targeting and personalization.
  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Data Science, Engineering, etc.) to understand customer needs, validate assumptions, and prioritize product features.
  • Lead initiatives that refine the end-to-end customer journey through personalization and automation, enhancing our ability to deliver relevant content across channels.
  • Own and manage the product backlog, drive sprint planning, and facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
  • Establish key metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of MarTech initiatives and conduct regular analyses to optimize product and campaign performance.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years focused on MarTech platforms (e.g., MoEngage, Tealium, or similar).
  • Strong experience with MoEngage / Tealium, or comparable platforms for customer engagement, personalization, and data management.
  • Deep understanding of data-driven marketing, segmentation, and customer journey analytics.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex product roadmaps.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including managing product backlogs, leading sprints, and delivering timely features.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices, including GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant regulations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
