**Job Description**


Are you a detail-oriented and organized accounting professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience with financial record-keeping, budgeting, and financial analysis?
As an Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting the company's financial operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  1. Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, including general ledger entries and reconciliations.
  2. Processing invoices, payments, and payroll in compliance with company policies and regulations.
  3. Assisting in preparing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  4. Ensuring compliance with Australian tax laws and regulations, including GST and BAS submissions.
  5. Providing financial insights to support business decisions and cost optimization.
  6. Liaising with external auditors and stakeholders to facilitate audits and financial reviews.

**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Minimum of 1 year of professional accounting experience.
* Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks).
* Strong knowledge of Australian accounting standards and tax regulations.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
* Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
