Finance Professional Sought
">- We are seeking an experienced and driven individual to join our finance team on a permanent full-time basis.
- This role will play a pivotal part in our finance department, reporting directly to the Commercial Manager and the Managing Director.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
">- Manage Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables processes.
- Conduct budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Oversee banking operations and ensure accurate monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow management.
- Prepare statutory reports including BAS, PAYG, and Superannuation.
- Actively participate in financial meetings with the Managing Directors.
- Review payroll preparation and payments.
- Supervise inventory management.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team.
The ideal candidate for this position should possess:
">- A Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of practical accounting experience in Australia.
- Acute analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in Pronto (experience with MYOB, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems is advantageous) and MS Office Suite.
