About the Role

This 12-month contract + 2 x 12 month extension options position offers an hourly rate of $100-$120.

The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing gaps in application control and user hardening to meet Essential Eight and ISM requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless security control implementation, and troubleshooting complex application security issues using tools like Airlock Digital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and address gaps in application control and user hardening relating to the Essential Eight.
  • Implement application control and user application hardening settings to meet the Essential Eight.
  • Liaise with managed service providers, department staff, third-party vendors, and relevant business areas.
  • Utilize Airlock Digital to resolve complex application security issues.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in application control and user hardening, including identifying gaps in application control and user application hardening relating to the Essential Eight, implementing application control and user application hardening settings to meet the Essential Eight, liaising with managed service providers, department staff, third-party vendors, and relevant business areas, and utilizing Airlock Digital.
