We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to design and lead technology solutions using the Dynamics 365 platform. This role requires strong knowledge of Finance & Operations, Power Platform, and system integrations.

The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable and effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support the Dynamics 365 (D365) system for all retail operations.
  • Ensure software and hardware work well together in retail store environments.
  • Align technology solutions with business goals and future growth plans.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a solution architect with a focus on corporate systems including CRM/ERP.
  • Experience working in complex enterprise IT service delivery environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to advocate effectively on behalf of customers.
