Job Description:

At OTR, we seek a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of technology solutions using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. This role requires strong expertise in finance and operations, power platform, and system integrations.

This position is responsible for managing and supporting the Microsoft Dynamics 365 system for all retail operations, including ERP and POS. The successful candidate will ensure software and hardware work well together in retail store environments.

The chosen candidate will be expected to align technology solutions with business goals and future growth plans. They will explore and suggest new D365 features or tools that could benefit retail systems.

The ideal candidate will guide development teams to follow the right architecture and technical standards. They will review current systems and suggest improvements.

The selected individual will ensure D365 systems follow industry rules, data privacy laws, and security best practices. They will help plan and support backup and recovery strategies for D365 systems.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a solution architect with a focus on corporate systems including CRM/ERP.
  • Experience working in complex enterprise IT service delivery environments.
  • Experience leading and driving the architectural design for Enterprise class CRM and/or Large-scale integration projects is advantageous.
  • A pragmatic, flexible approach with strong negotiation skills to work across diverse teams.
  • Knowledge and experience with Dynamics MPOS functional areas, ideally including ERP, Modern POS, Retail, and Finance.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to advocate effectively on behalf of customers.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools, including automation and orchestration (desirable).
