Ict Procurement Support Officer

The role involves providing comprehensive support for ICT procurement activities within the organization. This encompasses drafting and preparing procurement document packs, liaising with relevant personnel, and maintaining an overview of concurrent procurement tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drafting and preparing procurement document packs and obtaining necessary approvals
  • Liaising with relevant staff and procurement stakeholders to efficiently progress procurement activities
  • Maintaining an overview of concurrent procurement activities and forecasting and prioritizing work effort accordingly
  • Undertaking simple and complex ICT procurement activities
  • Task coordination, communication, and maintaining dashboards or similar artefacts to support briefing, decision making, and record keeping

Candidates should possess a minimum of a Procurement & Contract Management Diploma or related Degree, along with demonstrated experience as an ICT Procurement Support Officer or similar role. They must also have sound skills in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and highly effective written skills to support documentation and communication requirements.
