As a senior financial executive, the successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading the finance function nationally. This role is closely tied to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) as they drive strategic objectives forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and delivering superior financial and management reporting to support business decisions
  • Driving financial strategy, overseeing compliance and audit considerations, and consulting on business structuring and risk assessment
  • Leading a team of 12 staff across financial control and transactional finance
  • Preparing comprehensive three-year cashflow models, foreign currency planning, and reviewing data capture processes for improvement
  • Providing in-depth Board reporting and presentation, variance analysis, and consideration for future projections
