About the Role:

BeathChapman Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to lead our regulatory compliance efforts in the FX and CFD trading industry. As Head of Compliance, you will be responsible for ensuring our company's compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including the Corporations Act, ASIC, AFCA, and AUSTRAC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Compliance: Develop and implement effective compliance programs to ensure our company's adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Conduct regular compliance monitoring and risk assessments to identify potential compliance gaps and implement corrective actions.
  • Policy Development: Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure our employees understand and adhere to regulatory requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of compliance professionals to ensure effective compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies, including ASIC, AFCA, and AUSTRAC, to ensure our company's compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in the FX and CFD trading industry.
  • Qualifications: Tertiary degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including the Corporations Act, ASIC, AFCA, and AUSTRAC. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
