Lead a Community Care Team

  • This leadership role oversees a team of staff providing direct care to clients.

  • Develop strategies that improve client satisfaction and outcomes
  • Ensure accurate records and reports

  • The ideal candidate has a Certificate IV in Aged Care or equivalent, at least two years' relevant industry experience and strong administrative, organisational and computer skills.
  • Has knowledge of the Home Care Packages Program, CHSP services, Aged Care Quality Standards and Commonwealth Home Support Programme

  • A current driver's license is required with a safe driving record
  • Will be required to travel between sites and services
  • Empathy and patience are essential for this role
