Project Manager Role

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of a medium-sized construction project.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical and communication skills, with the ability to work in a team environment. They should have a solid understanding of industry standard software and Microsoft Office.

The successful candidate will contribute to the development of project safety plans, control procedures, and risk mitigation processes. They will establish and monitor change management processes and project financial forecasts.

This role requires leadership skills to motivate the project team and maintain a positive work environment. The candidate will also be responsible for training direct reports on processes and procedures.

  • Contribute to project safety plan development
  • Develop project controls and procedures
  • Establish change management process and monitor project financial forecast
  • Manage closeout plan execution
  • Provide leadership in motivating project teams

Experience/Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
  • 5-10 years of project management experience on construction projects over 50M
