Casual Sonographer

Role Overview: We seek an experienced dual-trained sonographer to provide diagnostic medical imaging services in the Maternal Fetal Medicine Unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform procedures efficiently under pressure, adhering to strict time constraints

Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor of Medical Radiation Science in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent qualification recognised by the MRBP, accompanied by a postgraduate degree in medical ultrasound and accreditation as a Sonographer with ASAR
  • Possess postgraduate qualifications in Sonography or equivalent recognition from the employer, alongside accreditation as a Sonographer with ASAR
  • Display extensive experience in delivering high-quality ultrasound examinations, including obstetric and gynaecological imaging

Working Conditions:

  • Located in St. Leonards NSW, with potential rotations to other hospitals within the district
