Job Description

In this role, you'll work closely with our Advisory team, providing essential support to Partners and offering ad-hoc assistance within the wider team. Your contributions will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our team.

  • Calendar and Inbox Management: Skillfully manage Partner calendars and inboxes, ensuring timely responses and actions.
  • Travel and Expenses: Coordinate travel bookings and handle expense claims with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Timesheet Submission: Ensure timely submission of timesheets for the team.
  • Meeting and Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings and events flawlessly.
  • Financial Administration: Provide robust financial administrative support, including processing accounts for payment.
  • Tender Preparation: Assist in preparing tenders, maintaining credentials, and supporting business development efforts.
  • Client Onboarding: Oversee client onboarding processes, ensuring compliance and updating the practice management system.
  • People Initiatives: Support team functions, meetings, training sessions, and staff movements.
  • Document Management: Maintain efficient document management practices.
