Job Title: Delivery Readiness Specialist

Our team is seeking a skilled and experienced Delivery Readiness Specialist to play a key role in ensuring the efficient delivery of Genie equipment.

This position involves actively participating in a hands-on role, preparing machines for customer delivery while adhering to Australian standards and customer requirements. As a Delivery Readiness Specialist, you will be responsible for general operations in the Pre-Delivery workshop, focusing on 5S, continuous improvement, value stream implementation, training, and support of the team.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to manage time and workload autonomously within the overall team environment.

  • Ensure the PDI schedule is on track, addressing any issues that arise and submitting relevant documentation.
  • Carry out efficient pre-delivery of Genie equipment.
  • Supervise and train team members effectively.
  • Use hazard identification tools and systems to ensure safe work practices are used and work areas are hazard-free.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement activities.
  • Develop and maintain effective ongoing relationships with key customers.
  • Workshop maintenance.
