Job Summary:

This role is responsible for the overall management of clinic operations, ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective comprehensive primary health care services to clients.

About the Role

The incumbent will lead strategies to provide comprehensive, holistic and culturally appropriate primary health care services to clients, in line with the IUIH Model of Care.

  • Manage clinic performance and oversee the operations, performance and profitability to deliver on operational and strategic goals and objectives.
  • Conduct regular performance check-ins and provide feedback to support professional growth.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to review, monitor and improve systems against agreed indicators.
About You

To perform this role it is essential that the incumbent has previous experience within an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Community Controlled Health Service, working with an electronic Patient Management System and holds relevant qualifications.

  • Demonstrated high level communication skills and confidence in interpersonal communication.
  • Certification as a driver (C Class) in Queensland.
  • A current criminal history check.
  • A current Working with Children Check (QLD Blue Card).
  • A current Disability Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card).
  • A current CPR Certificate.
