We are seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to lead our bar operations and deliver exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the bar, including stock management, inventory control, and maintaining high standards of presentation
  • Provide guidance and training to junior staff members, setting an example with their work ethic and professionalism
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, tracking sales data, inventory levels, and employee performance
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders, driving business growth and revenue
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and maximize revenue opportunities
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in a premium dining environment
  • Proven leadership skills, with a focus on crew development and succession planning
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with colleagues and customers alike
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritizing tasks efficiently and making sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and varied shifts, with a commitment to providing excellent service at all times
  • Possession of a valid RSA certificate and relevant qualifications in hospitality or management, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices
