As a senior mental health professional, you will be part of a dynamic community team operating under a recovery-oriented model of care.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to increase your skills in a senior capacity, providing high-standard clinical assessments, treatments, and support to individuals with complex mental health-related needs and their carers.
Key Responsibilities:- Work one-to-one with clients and build therapeutic alliances with them and their family/carers.
- Provide supervision and leadership to staff within the Strengths Model of recovery-oriented practice.
- Undertake assessments, provide treatment, and deliver targeted interventions to clients with complex mental health needs.
- Current registration with the relevant regulatory body.
- A minimum of 5 years post-qualification clinical experience within Mental Health Services.
- Extensive experience in assessment, discipline-specific intervention, and case management services for individuals experiencing early psychosis.
- A focus on wellbeing initiatives, including regular events and programs.

The multidisciplinary team provides a range of clinical and therapeutic interventions using the recovery-focused Strengths Model of Recovery-Oriented Practice.
The service operates in the inner city areas of Yarra and Boroondara.
