Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our Supply Chain Team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, coordinating the movement of goods across various sites, and liaising with 3PLs.

About the Role

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate movements of incoming and outgoing goods
  • Liaise with Warehouse Manager for daily shuttle collections and returns
  • Collaborate with operations planning to allocate and amend orders post weekly stocktakes
  • Monitor on hold product at 3PL and release as required
  • Accurate record keeping for invoice reconciliations and sign offs of transport and 3PLs

Requirements

  • Previous experience building relationships and dealing with transport providers, 3PLs
  • Understanding of incoming and outgoing of time-sensitive goods
  • Proficient with MS Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • High attention to detail and quality of work
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and planning skills
