Harvey Norman is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Salesperson to join the Flooring Team, delivering great service to customers. This is a Full Time position with Saturday availability preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with life at home solutions and find the best outcomes for their needs.">
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high standard of product knowledge in flooring categories (carpets, rugs, hybrid and timber floors).">
  • Support team objectives and contribute to a positive, collaborative retail environment.">
  • Process customer requests, manage tasks around customer needs, and resolve issues to ensure timely, accurate service.">

Qualifications

  • ">
  • Experience in or ability to work in a customer-focused, successful retail business.">
  • Interest in gaining flooring product knowledge.">
  • Current driver's license and own transport preferred.">
  • Ability to service customers while managing work tasks around their needs.">
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer-focused problem solving.">
  • Experience resolving customer complaints and making quick, effective decisions to ensure happy customers and timely services.">
  • Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late nights.">
