Marketing Measurement Expert

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Measurement Expert to join our team. This role will partner with clients and internal stakeholders to develop tailored measurement strategies that drive brand and business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of measurement solutions, including experimentation, incrementality, attribution, Media Mix Modeling, causal and inference analysis. They will be able to solve complex problems through experimental design and analysis.

  • About the Role:
  • To serve as the measurement subject matter expert for the verticals supported, providing strategic guidance and thought leadership to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored measurement strategies that drive brand and business outcomes.

  • Develop actionable presentations using data to communicate measurement findings and insights to clients in a clear and persuasive manner.

  • Leverage in-depth experience with incrementality methodologies (BLS, CLS, MMT) to accurately measure the impact of client investments.

  • Apply knowledge of MTA and MMM to optimize measurement solutions and provide actionable insights.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align measurement efforts with company-wide goals and ensure consistency across verticals.

  • Deliver regular updates and reports to internal stakeholders, contributing to decision-making and strategy development.

  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital advertising or large marketing organizations; ideally in measurement/analytics related role.

  • Deep understanding of measurement solutions including experimentation, incrementality, attribution, Media Mix Modeling, causal and inference analysis.

  • Proven ability to solve inferential problems through experimental design and analysis.

  • Proven ability to uncover the core problem and develop/execute a plan to solve for the problem.

  • Proven ability to lead and influence XFN stakeholders.

  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) with R, Python, SQL or HIVE.

  • Familiarity with Retail Media Networks or privacy-first measurement systems (ex: clean rooms) is a bonus.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment with exceptional time-management and goal-oriented task management skills.

  • Experience in both digital brand and performance marketing.
