Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and keen educator to join our Outside School Hours Care team. As an educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality practices that ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for children.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be a valued member of our team, working alongside other educators to deliver high-quality programs with children. A key focus of this role is to acknowledge and support the unique strengths, needs and interests of each child while inspiring a supportive culture of safety and safeguarding children in line with our values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact with and effectively supervise children
  • Deliver high-quality programs with children
  • Acknowledge and support the unique strengths, needs and interests of each child
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum Certificate III qualification in an area relevant to working with children
  • Experience working within the Fun Squad or long day care sector (desirable)
  • Ability to respond to the needs of children to ensure high quality fun meets agreed standards
  • A current First Aid and CPR certificate (or able to obtain) (desirable)
