Agronomic Account Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Agronomic Account Manager to provide agronomic and technical support to diverse crops. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering impactful agronomic advice, promoting product sales in-store and on-farm, and fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Report to the Senior Management Team and collaborate with colleagues to achieve business goals.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of agronomic practices and their applications in cotton, sorghum, wheat, barley, chickpeas, and faba beans.
- Analyse customer needs and develop effective solutions to drive sales growth.
- Organise field days and farmer meetings to stay aligned with the latest plant production practices.
- Possess a strong track record in providing impactful agronomic advice and experience in sales with fertiliser, seed, and chemical products.
- Degree in agricultural science or a related field, accompanied by a valid driver's license.
- Demonstrate exemplary negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
