About the Role

The City of Cockburn is seeking an experienced Executive Support Officer to provide high-level administrative and executive support to our Director of Infrastructure Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and prioritize work tasks to support the optimal operations of the Division
  • Manage calendars and appointments, attend meetings, and take minutes
  • Draft correspondence, handle confidential information, and record-keep using ECM
  • Support office and minor events, office resourcing, project assistance, and process expenditure for the Director
Requirements
  • Experience in an Executive Assistant role to a Senior Executive
  • Understanding of meeting procedures and preparing agendas and taking minutes
  • Discretion, judgement, and confidentiality with highly developed communication skills
