Wine Country Guest Experience Specialist

Craft memorable guest experiences in a picturesque vineyard setting. As our Wine Country Guest Experience Specialist, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service and creating lasting memories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests warmly, ensuring outstanding service via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Prepare personalized welcome packages with amenities to the highest standards.
  • Assist with dinner and wine tasting reservations at local venues.
  • Process sales and prepare beverages in our on-site pantry.
  • Coordinate seamless guest experiences through effective communication with internal teams.
  • Stay informed about local offerings to assist guests and drive sales.

Requirements include:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist, hotel front office attendant, or similar role.
  • Knowledge of property management systems (PMS) and end-of-day reconciliation processes.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills for in-person, telephone, and email interactions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Passion for hospitality and creating lasting guest experiences.
  • Relevant certifications and licenses essential.
