Job Opportunity: Manufacturing Operations Leader

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manufacturing Operations Leader to oversee daily operations in our plant, ensuring efficient and safe production. Key responsibilities include implementing production schedules to meet company goals and customer demands.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the plant's operations, including production, maintenance, safety, and quality control. This role requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, regulatory compliance, and team management.

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and safe production.
  • Implement production schedules to meet company goals and customer demands.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Manage and lead a team of production supervisors, operators, and maintenance staff.
  • Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Coordinate with the quality control department to ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the plant.
  • Consult with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • In-depth understanding of safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize production costs.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
