Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to finalize contract formation accurately and promptly.
- Ensure due diligence is completed before seeking contract approval.
- Identify and communicate potential risks or inconsistencies in draft and active contracts.
- Maintain and update contract databases to ensure accurate documentation.
- Administer contract execution, variations, extensions, and terminations.
- Analyze spend data, prepare reports, and dashboards to provide insights on contract performance.
- Monitor supplier/contract performance against KPIs.
- Assist in dispute resolution and contract close-out processes.
To succeed in this role, you'll have:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in contract administration or procurement support roles.
- Practical understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and procurement processes.
- Experience generating reports from SAP and building business intelligence tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
