Our organization is seeking a Contract Administration Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our project management group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of high-profile infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in contract administration, risk management, and stakeholder coordination. You will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with FIDIC and local regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
  • Ensuring contractual alignment with FIDIC and local regulations
  • Identifying contractual risks and proposing mitigation strategies
  • Coordinating with legal teams, procurement, engineering, and client representatives

Requirements:

  • Relevant Bachelor's Degree or higher in Contract Management
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in project/contract management
  • Familiarity with FIDIC, NEC, or other international contracting standards
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
