Core Analysis Specialist

The successful candidate will work closely with our team to deliver a range of drilling services and products to the global minerals industry. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating and troubleshooting field-deployable electronic equipment
- Operating geophysical analytical equipment in a field environment
- Training client field technicians to safely and efficiently operate our field deployable analytical technologies
- Contributing to and supporting training documentation creation
- Troubleshooting technical and practical use issues tied to analytical equipment
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience working on a drill rig; mining or exploration core facility (essential)
- Understanding of handling and logging core samples (desirable)
- Excellent customer service orientation and ability to maintain relationships with key account customers and internal team
- Demonstrated interest in digital technologies and new innovations
- Excellent communication skills - oral and written
- Attention to detail and strong initiative
- Proficient in MS Office suite
