What We're Looking ForWe're especially interested in professionals who bring experience in:
- Core banking migration – system cutovers, testing, data reconciliation, and customer communication strategies.
- Data integration & reporting – moving and aligning datasets across CBS, payments, and regulatory domains.
- Business & technical analysis – bridging the gap between IT and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Change & implementation – supporting clients through new system rollouts and ensuring smooth transitions.
Previous experience at Data Action or similar financial technology providers.
Strong understanding of DA Core, CBS, or other banking platforms.
Hands-on involvement in at least one end-to-end migration project.
A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.
