Job Title: Data Protection Specialist
About the RoleThis position plays a critical role in safeguarding sensitive information and protecting national assets.
Key Responsibilities:- Recommend approval or disapproval of system connections based on security risks and vulnerabilities.
- Provide administrative support for classified systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Configure and validate system compliance with regulatory standards using DISA STIGs, SCAP Compliance Checker, and STIG Viewer.
- Initiate and complete RMF packages for enterprise architectures in accordance with NISPOM/DAAPM, ICD 503/CNSSI 1253, JSIG, NIST 800-53, and NIST 800-171.
As a seasoned Information Assurance Manager, you will leverage your expertise to manage cybersecurity risks, ensure the integrity of sensitive data, and maintain the trustworthiness of our systems.
Requirements:- Must be a US citizen.
- Must possess a US TS/SCI clearance with polygraph or AUS PV clearance.
- Must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Must have at least five years of experience as an IT systems administrator.
