Flexible Event Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled administrator to join our Staffing Operations team at some of Perth's premier venues. As a Seasonal Casual Administrator, you will be responsible for building and maintaining rosters for over 3500 staff using TimeTarget and HumanForce.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess extensive knowledge and experience with technology and Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building, filling, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date rosters.
- Ensuring smooth communication and coordination on event days.
- Providing administrative support to the Staffing Operations office from Monday to Friday and during event days.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of general administrative experience; recruitment skills are highly desirable.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and technologies.
