Virtual Emergency Care Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Visionary Virtual Care Manager to lead our innovative Virtual Emergency Care Service, encompassing medical chest programs, telehealth units, and remote emergency consultations.

This challenging role will involve establishing a unified Virtual Emergency Care Service, identifying opportunities for expansion, and managing the cost centre. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development of data collection mechanisms and dashboards to measure the impact of our services.

You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with research partners to design and implement alternative service delivery methodologies. A scalable model of service delivery will be developed, enabling the potential expansion into new regions.

About You
  • You possess well-developed management skills, including leadership and decision-making expertise.
  • Your experience working in high-pressure emergency clinical settings is essential.
  • A commitment to continuous quality improvement and innovation is vital.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and exceptional problem-solving skills are necessary.
Requirements
  • University degree in a relevant field.
  • AHPRA registered Nurse or AHPRA registered paramedic.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience, with leadership experience advantageous.
  • A full and valid driver's licence issued in an Australian state or territory.
