Mobile Plant Maintenance Specialist

The Maintenance Planner oversees and coordinates maintenance activities for mobile plant and equipment to ensure maximum availability in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.
- Assist in preparing project plans and conceptual studies related to equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with teams to schedule monthly, weekly, and daily maintenance activities for mobile plant.
- Coordinate personnel and resources according to maintenance reports to optimize productivity.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and safety regulations for all maintenance activities.

- 3+ years' experience in a similar role within open-pit hard-rock mining.
- Detailed knowledge of maintenance on large mining mobile plant.
- Experience with business and continuous improvement projects.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
