Job Summary

We're seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented individual to manage all inbound calls from families in need of guidance and assistance in arranging a funeral.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping people in their greatest time of need, a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences, and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all inbound calls from families, providing guidance and assistance in arranging a funeral.
  • Arrange logistics with state-based service providers and communicate with families to ensure a smooth process.
  • Provide exceptional support to families, going above and beyond to ensure their experience is exceptional.
  • Contribute to Bare content and resources to ensure customers are well-informed and supported.
Requirements
  • A driving passion to help people in their greatest time of need.
  • Complete dedication to delivering a truly great customer experience.
  • Commitment to ensuring people experience end of life planning with compassion and grace.
  • Autonomous and ambitious.
  • Strong attention to detail and methodical under pressure.
  • A valid driver's license and live within 50km of a major city.
