Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Enquiry Resolution

You will be responsible for resolving customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to ensure customer satisfaction.

Operational Support

You will provide operational support to our banking operations team, assisting with tasks such as customer onboarding, account management, and transaction processing.

Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills

You will utilize your analytical skills to identify and resolve complex customer issues, working collaboratively with our team to find solutions that meet customer needs.

Collaboration and Communication

You will work closely with our banking operations team, as well as other departments, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration to deliver excellent customer outcomes.

Requirements
  • 12 Months Experience in Customer Service or Financial Services Industry

You will have a minimum of 12 months experience in customer service or a related field, with a strong understanding of banking operations and customer service principles.

Detail-Oriented and Problem-Solving Mindset

You will be a detail-oriented individual with a problem-solving mindset, able to analyze complex customer issues and provide effective solutions.

High Levels of Computer Literacy

You will have high levels of computer literacy, with a strong understanding of banking software and systems.

Ability to Work Independently and Collaboratively

You will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a diverse team, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer outcomes.
