About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at headspace Esperance.

The successful candidate will provide a welcoming and professional reception service to young people, their families, and carers, while also providing administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a friendly and welcoming reception service to clients and visitors
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls
  • Assist with events and appointments
  • Perform general administration tasks, including filing, photocopying, and binding
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
Requirements
  • Year 10 certificate or equivalent
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to upholding Hope's vision, mission, and values
Desirable Criteria
  • Current knowledge of and commitment to Equal Opportunity in all aspects of employment and service delivery
  • Prior experience working in a youth and/or mental health/counselling service
  • Prior experience working in an administrative role
