We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at headspace Esperance.
The successful candidate will provide a welcoming and professional reception service to young people, their families, and carers, while also providing administrative support to our team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a friendly and welcoming reception service to clients and visitors
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls
- Assist with events and appointments
- Perform general administration tasks, including filing, photocopying, and binding
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
- Year 10 certificate or equivalent
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to upholding Hope's vision, mission, and values
- Current knowledge of and commitment to Equal Opportunity in all aspects of employment and service delivery
- Prior experience working in a youth and/or mental health/counselling service
- Prior experience working in an administrative role
