Our Mental Health, Counselling and Wellbeing Services are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a permanent full-time position that requires excellent time management and organisational skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining client records and appointment bookings, providing reception duties and welcoming clients professionally, handling incoming calls and directing them appropriately, responding to inquiries from clients, colleagues and other services while maintaining confidentiality, and providing administrative support to the Administration Manager and other Mental Health, Counselling and Wellbeing services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
  • Handling incoming calls and correspondence in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting with invoicing and purchase site resources

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer literacy
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role (desirable)
