The Business Administration Officer role plays a vital part in the Physical Assets Services Branch (PASB) of the South Australia Police.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the branch, including financial analysis and account management activities.
  • Monitor and report on financial data, accounts processing, and other general office support services as required.
  • Support budget analysis and provide financial investigations.

PASB consists of five units: Capital Strategy & Projects, Contracts & Impound, Strategic Operations: Fleet & Property, Facilities Management Unit, and Business Unit.

A 'one team' mindset drives leadership at all levels, focusing on achieving our Vision and Key Strategy. This approach enables us to realise the full potential of our workforce and ensure service excellence.

This position requires strong problem-solving and communication skills. The incumbent may be assigned to other duties at this remuneration level or equivalent.
